Friday Apr 6: Catch a movie at Painswick Public Library's Friday Night Flicks! This week's feature movie is 'The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature.'

Friday Apr 6: Support a great cause at the 7th Annual Dancing with Easter Seals Stars Barrie. Watch as local 'stars' paired with professional dancers compete to become the Best Dance Couple. The evening also includes a reception with appetizers and dinner. 

Friday Apr 6 - Saturday Apr 7: Head to the Simcoe County Regional Science and Technology Fair at Bear Creek Secondary School where the top exhibits from participating school will be featured.

Saturday Apr 7 - Sunday Apr 8: It's a springtime tradition! The Spring Tonic Maple Syrup Festival is happening this weekend at the Tiffin Conservation Area. Learn how maple syrup is made, take a wagon ride, listen to live music, and enjoy a pancake breakfast with sausages and local maple syrup!

Saturday Apr 7 - Sunday Apr 8: Check out Maple Weekend Open House hosted by the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers' Association. See how maple products are produced and get a chance to taste and purchase some of the finished products. This year there are 7 maple syrup producers participating. 

Saturday Apr 7 - Sunday Apr 8: It's the New Tecumseth Home & Leisure Show this weekend. There will be over 100 vendors as well as an artisan market and kids' play zone.
